If a contact has the status Requested unsubscribe, you cannot send them any email using ContactPigeon. This status ensures that the contact has been globally suppressed.

 

You cannot change someone's Requested unsubscribe status and they have to fill a double opt-in subscription form in order to re-subscribe.
